I truly enjoy working at Tracy Hough State Farm. The office has an open and friendly environment that makes you feel at home. I'm challenged each day, motivated to do my best and feel supported Tracy and the team. Tracy helps us with growing and accomplishing not only our professional goals, but also our personal. By the way everyone works with our policyholders it shows that they really do care and they aren't just a number. The entire team wants the best for everyone.

VERY DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE OFFICE.
With all the options available today for insurance, customer service and Trust are at a premium. This office failed at both miserably.
Called after a minor collision with a family member. I was considering my options to either pay out-of-pocket or file a claim. I called the office with very detailed information of the incident and all estimates. I specifically asked the possible ramifications of filing a claim. I wanted to do the math. I was told ONLY that the premium would go up approximately $17-$20 a month and last for three years as long as there were no further incidents. I had three conversations over 2 days with this office about the situation. At no time did they mention the possibility that I may be dropped. They only reiterated my premium would go up. I would never have filed a claim if the possibility of been dropped was anywhere on the radar. I could afforded the out of pocket repairs. So with their recommendation I concluded filing the claim was most cost effective.
3 months later we were dropped completely. I was stunned.
I called the agent. She was tone deaf and rude. Not only would she not listen she just kept talking in circles mentioning State Farm policy. I did not dispute State Farm policy, I disputed their office policy of deceiving customers by not mentioning the possibility of being dropped. She just kept saying over and over it is our policy not to mention you may be dropped. Funny, they can't mention that but they can state that your premium might go up. I wrote a letter to the insurance board. The agents response again was policy. They also boldface lied that my conversations. They actually wrote in their response that the conversations never took place. This statement is so unbelievably dishonest. That representative should be fired for lying just to save her job. (Loretta). State Farm should have these conversations recorded.
