Do not waste your time or your money! I had such an awful experience that I will NEVER return. My daughter wanted to color her hair 2 colors and get a cut. I called ahead to get an estimate and was quoted $65 per color=$130 plus an additional $20 for long hair plus $17 for haircut. Total estimate=$167.00. But they told me the amount may be different once they saw my daughter in person. It was. Once they saw her, they quoted me $204 total. I still agreed & proceeded. FIVE hours later, she was done. We went to pay and was told the total was $245. What happened to $204? Our stylist said the price was more for the drying, and styling. Not once did she ask if we wanted hair dried and styled. Whatever…after 5 hours, I just wanted to go home. I wrote a check and then she told me that they did not accept checks! Nowhere in that place is there a sign that says “No personal checks accepted”. Bottom line, Supercuts is NOT affordable, NOT customer focused, and NOT worth it!
