I moved to Council Bluffs from Omaha, and was searching for a new place to have my haircut done. This was my first time to check out this store. The stylist, who cut my hair was on the rush, did not pay attention to detail, also the stylist was pulling and brushing my hair too hard , I had scraches on my neck. She did not apologies for that. I was not happy about the service and about my hair cut; it was not proffessional. I did not complain. A week later I went to a different store location and got a perfect cut. Well, I payed twice to get one hair cut.

I moved to council bluffs and needed a new hair dresser. I tried this place. my sylist totally did not listen to me or what i wanted and cutt an extra 3 inches off my long hair. It was up to my shoulders and I was devestated. It was way too short and the style looked NOTHING like the picture I had brought to convey what i wanted. The price was fair. She could tell I was upset but made no effort to try and make it right with me.

I came from a small community where I had the same hair dresser for 17 years. Upon moving to Omaha, even with all the salon's available, I couldn't find one that was able to cut and style my hair; let alone anything else. Christy is AMAZING! She cut and colored my hair; found product that worked to give it body (I have fine hair) and made me feel right at home. I am surrounded by salons but I will drive the 20 minutes into Christy to get my hair done...I would do it if she were 40 minutes away. Not only is she talented with a pair of scissors but her personality is beyond compare!

The owner stylist, Christi Mager is amazingly talented and attentive to detail. I've never had a stylist that took so much pride in her work and was so attentive to the client. My services included: a color lift (to remove reds), new gorgeous rich color, cut-style and blow-out. After all that, Christy spent time trimming each and every split end I had. My hair looked and felt amazing. My only complaint.....since she's so good, she's busy. Make sure to get an appointment 2 weeks in advance (at least) or you'll be frustrated and waiting. I'm not settling for anything less than that kind of service ever again. Maybe she'll see this great review and get me in sooner! These grey roots are killing me.
