Customer service still exists!!! Had a last-minute problem with my Canister Vac and showed up here 15 minutes before closing time. They took the time to inspect everything really carefully, and found the problem while I waited!!! They had a part on hand to fix it so I was up and running, and ordered a few other parts that I needed but that weren't critical at the time (they'll call me when the parts come in and I'll bring the vac back again). Cleaned it up for me, replaced the air filter, and did it all with a smile. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
