Living up to its name, The View Motel has the finest location in Cottonwood overlooking the Verde Valley and the Red Rocks of Sedona. We are up and away from traffic but still easy to find and just a short walk to restaurants, stores and services. Our rooms and grounds are noted for their comfort and cleanliness. The pool and spa are seasonal. (May 1 thru October 31.) Barbecues, decks and lawns are all available for your pleasure and relaxation. We have a play area for kids. As an added convenience to our customers, we offer complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate served in the motel lobby from 6:00am to 10:00am. In addition, we allow pets (dogs only) in rooms for an additional charge. Whether your stay will be for a night, a week or longer you'll find our rooms immaculate and comfortable complete with color TV, phone, wi-fi, refrigerator and microwave, individual heat and cooling controls, a view from every room and a large uncluttered parking area right at your room-and yes, all rooms are on the ground floor.

Loved it!!!!

Certainly not the princess resort and I'm very happy about that. I've been to this hotel many times and will be staying here anytime I am cottonwood. planning my next stay right now. rooms are clean and simple , just the way I like it. service was excellent every time and the view from the decks is magnificent. got my ribs to barbecue and packin my bags for another visit.

Million Dollar View of Verde Valley in Arizona

This hidden-away motel has a 180 degree view of the Sedona/Verde Valley area from the common decks outfitted with barbeque grill, comfortable patio furnitureand a home-like atmosphere. Great desk service and friendly staff; immaculate rooms freshly painted and maintained. A little old-fashioned (such as having room keys) but a great value for an individual or family for an extended stay.

Million dollar view of the Verde Valley

This hidden-away motel gives any guests a 180 degree view of the beautiful colors and bluffs of the Sedona/Verde Valley area. The common decks outfitted with barbeque grill and patio seating are inviting. Though a little old-fashioned (such as having real room keys) , the motel is spotlessly clean, freshly painted, well maintained, and the staff friendly and welcoming. The price is reasonable enough for a longer stay for an individual or family.
