I was promised free installation on a dishwasher and washing machine. Upon delivery I was informed that there is not any installation offered or included. When I did get the appliances installed at my expense bith leaked and did not work properly. The salesman said he would bring a replacement washer. He never showed. I was then told by the manager that there was no replacement. Hoodwinked and treated rudely on top!

Over the past few years the store has really reached a new level. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Prices are high however the sales department manger "Ron" will do all he can to cut you a deal. I have found nice unique items for my house hold! Thank you Simply Amazing staff you are AMAZING!

This is really a second hand store vs. a true thrift store. There are some worthwhile items here, but expect to pay used furniture store prices, not thrift store prices. It does have a better selection than the other thrift stores in Cottonwood, but expect to pay for it.

He advertises that they give receipts.....they don't, even when you ask for one. He claims everything is for Charity. Makes one wonder when they send you a letter with a business card of someone else attached, but no receipt. Will never do business or donate to this place or owner (Terel & wife) again. I'll do my donating elsewhere.
