He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology in the United States Air Force, while serving commitments. Karen ApodacaKaren E Apodaca MD Karen Apodaca received her MD degree from the University of Southern California. She lives with her 2 dogs and enjoys reading, quilting and drawing. She started practice as an emergency room doctor in an Indian Health Hospital in Oklahoma. In 1990 she relocated to Phoenix, AZ and continued to practice in an emergency room setting.Sandra Barcelo-AdairSandra Alicia Barcelo-Adair, FNPMs. Sandra Alicia Barcelo-Adair has over 35 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Masters of Arts from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2009. Followed by Post Masters as Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Sandra Alicia Barcelo-Adair joined the Humanity Health Providers Group in May 2016.
