Established in 1983, the Cowboy Shop is a family run business offering a huge selection of cowboy boots for men, women and kids. With a detailed understanding of boots, owner Stan Anderson, and his son, Casey Anderson, offer their professional boot fitting expertise for customers. They also offer a complete line of western wear including snap western shirts, riding and fashion jeans, western outerwear and fashion western. Stan also carries fine leather goods such as chaps, belts, buckskin gloves, purses, and wallets. You will also find a beautiful selection of felt and straw cowboy hats. Buy a hat from the Cowboy Shop and the guys will shape it for you - free of charge. You can also get expert boot and shoe repair (Birkenstocks too). In fact, Casey represents the 5th generation of boot repairmen in the US. Stan likes to say "We've got our roots in Arizona, not just our branches."

No one knows more about boots and western apparel than Casey. Plus he's the most accommodating and helpful person I've met in a long time. Casey set me up with the finest boots I've ever had the pleasure of wearing, I get compliments whenever I wear them. I'm coming back soon to get a second pair. Looking for great service, great pricing and top shelf quality gear? Then go see Casey!

The staff was friendly and very helpful when I needed a pair of cowboy boots. I walked out in a great pair of cowboy boots today. I have brought boots in for repair in the past and have always been satisfied with their work, the boots look great when I pick them up.
This is a nice family owned western store, I highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent Service

I went in, a rookie, looking for a pair of comfortable riding boots. I received excellent, patient, and professional service from a woman employee. After about half an hour I left with a pair of comfortable, reasonably-priced, boots. The woman was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

i went into the cottonwood location in hopes of finding a specific wallet 5 weeks before Christmas they did not have it in stock but agreed to order it for me! they took my name and number down to call me when it came it! two weeks go by and i decide to call and see if the wallet was in, no one at the time could find the order i place but reassured me they would call me back in just a few minutes to let me know if they found it 3 days of calling back and finally i get an answer of we don't have an order placed and we don't think we can get it before Christmas!!! are you kidding!!!! why couldn't you tell me that the first time i called so i could rush to find some one that could help me order the wallet for Christmas i didn't receive an I'm sorry no discount offered for their lack of customer service and now no wallet for Christmas i thought 5 weeks was enough time but i guess not! I will NEVER shop there again!!!!!!

I used to live in Sedona and would always buy my Wrangler Jeans at the Comboy Shop. It was the only place I could find them in my size (28" waist 30" inseam) Slim Cut. When I moved to Michigan I tried looking all over, the Malls and on the internet at different stores including Tractor Supply Co. and Cavender's (couldn't find my size anywhere). Then I remember the Cowboy Shop and hoped that they were still in business and if so did they still carry my size. Best part of all they even let me put my purchase on my debt card (Many places won't take debt cards). Tina the Asst. Manager was so helpful. If you wear small size levis don't waste your time in stores or on the internet. Call the Cowboy Store in Cottonwood. Karen from Northville MI.

YOU WILL REGRET GOING IN TO THIS STORE, you will certainly get screwed!!!

WARING!!! I took my GRAY TONY LAMAS in to be half soled, very unfortunate for me they DYED THEM BLACK!!! YES, BLACK and didn't owned up to it. In fact they called me a liar. I contacted Tony Lama with model and lot number inside boot. They confirmed they only made them in gray. I had only used neutral shoe polish on them the whole time I owned them. THEY WERE GRAY!!!They think since they are the only show in town, no one will quit going there. Trust me, go to Prescott or Flagstaff, you will be sure of better service and respect as a customer.Tell your family and friends to stay away. Such a shame how they treat their customers. Someday we can hope and pray for a new sheriff in town, (A COOL WESTERN STORE).

Stay away from these people!

These people hacked away at a $300 dollar pair of boots - and the owner denied everything, practically laughing into my face - WOW!!!

Best Customer Service

These people are the best. I was passing thru and stopped at the store. I had a flannel shirt with a screwed up snap. I asked if they could fix the snap. No problem... they took the shirt in the back and fixed the snap.
