I knew from the moment she held my yorkie-poo and he nestled in her arms that she was the groomer for him. She has a calming effect on Thunder and he is glad to see her when he is groomed. Carla is gentle, patient, and kind. I wouldn't use anyone else for this most important part of my dog's experiences. Great Job Carla and Thank You. Linda Stodghill
