15 year old washer went on the fritz. This constant loud screeching noise called into Maytag to ask for recommendations and was referred to All American Appliance. Received a call about five minutes after I got off the phone with Maytag saying they could be out next day. Service man came out replaced a drain pump and charged me a flat rate straight from a book he had on hand. For $175 I got my washer back and it's ran great since. Will definitely be using again.

Tried to sell me a motor when they never ever took the dishwasher apart. Promised a refund for service they never performed and first they claimed it got lost in the mail and then they "decided not to send it" and never delivered. BBB complaint filed. lazy technician + unethical business practices = All American Appliance

I scheduled a refridgerator repair through the warranty from GE. All American accepted the job, then called my back 5 minutes later to say they couldn't squeeze me in, so they would "try" the next day. The receptionist called back a few hours later to say that the fridge repair person was going to be on vacation until the end of the following week, but it could be serviced then. I told her that my food wouldn't wait to spoil that long so I would call GE back and try to work something out with another company. The receptionist said, "That's good, because then I don't have to deal with it anymore." I don't know anyone who wants to be treated badly, so I can't recommend this company to anyone. Too bad.

I was impressed with All-American. Their service guy was fast, informative, and their price was very fair. I'll use them again next time I need a repair!!!
