Up North Plastics designs, develops, manufactures and markets a variety of specialty plastics products to the agricultural industry. The company s agricultural products, made from premium-grade plastics, include silage bags, bunker covers and brewer s grain bags. Before production begins, all resins and additives are tested and must meet stringent standards before being processed. During production, a fully trained quality control team performs continuous testing to insure that industry standards are met. After production, additional testing is done on production samples Up North s in-house laboratory before products are released for shipment. Up North Plastics maintains its corporate headquarters and a 250,000 square-foot production facility with 14 extrusion lines in Cottage Grove, Minn.
