We are new owner. We took over Red Nails in late 2014 We do really good job at Red Nails. Stop by and give us a chance!! We are the best Nails salon in cottage grove

Red Nails in Cottage Grove has had new owners since fall 2014. They remodeled and updated the whole salon. It's beautiful and the service is excellent. I love this place and the people. Most of all my nails always look perfect. When people ask me I always recommend Red Nails!!

My first experience was horrible with the tech constantly being interrupted and doing a poor job on my pedicure! For my second try (since I had a gift certificate) the nail tech was rude, smoke smell covered the salon, and the pedicure did not meet my satisfaction (overcoat not removed and finish looked bumpy). I had to ask the tech to trim them. Even up sold me for callus treatment. I was the only patron there on Sat morning which leaves me wondering! Bummer...would highly recommend AVOIDING this place!!

To everyone out there who is looking for a place to get their nails done, come to red nails in cottage grove mn. This is my very first place that I have ever been please with my service. I was coming in for a manicure and pedicure done. The lady who did my service said her name was Lynn. She was nice and did a great job. I have been having trouble with my ingrowing toes and it was hurting so bad that I couldn't bearly walk. She has help me get it out and it felt great. She help explain what I should do and ask if I wanna upgrade. At first, I thought it was to expensive for a $50 pedicure but, I can tell all of you out there. It's worth every penny you pay for. Lynn has done a great job on me and I highly recommend her to anyone.

I only gave this business a one star because there was no option to leave zero stars. I was in here recently with a friend for pedicures and had the worst experience ever!!! I should add that I had acrylic nails for years and get pedis about 4-5 times a year and so this was by no means my first experience and that I have been to numerious salons over the years. The women who did our pedis were rude, they continuously tried get us to go for the pricier options, she made my friend feel bad about their callouses and told us it would cost additional for callous removal....I have NEVER been charged extra to have a salon file off a callous. She suggested I get nerve ending surgery for occassional ingrown toenail and made a gross face while she worked (very rude!). In addition to all this....my feet were still a little rouch on my heels when I left and after every pedi I'd ever had before my feet are super smooth for days. What a waste of money....save yourself and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Also, I never leave reviews, but was so disappointed with this place that I felt the need to.

The best things is that everyone who went came back and said it was fantastic and relaxing. The best thing about Lynn is that she put all her time and effort to make you feel relax and enjoying like you're at home. The price is reasonable and the service is outstanding. I've been going there for over a year and have never ever been dissappointed. I will not ever go anywhere else unless she's gone. If you're looking for a place in town, I highly recommend to go see Lynn at Red Nails
