My name is Ronnie Hawkins and I went into your EZ Lube location @ 2248 Harbor Blvd Costa Mesa, CA 92627 (949) 945-1440 on 03/02/2009 to get my oil changed. Everyone was nice very proffesinal and treated my family great. However, when it came to service things changed really fast. I was told that my car would be valcumed it never happened. The manager told me I would be in and out with in 15-30 min.s Yea, right. I ended up staying about an hour and they wasted oil all over the motor of my car. So I drove home smoking the entire time. My kids were complaining and caughing due to the smoke. Boy did I feel like I made the worst decision in my life.
