Stopped by this place last night. I had read about the aloe vera green tea in a Yelp review, so I asked the Asian girl with glasses at the register, "Do you still have the green tea with aloe?" Instead of answering my question, she slowly asked, "Do you want that shaken with ice?" I said, "Um, sure. I've never had it before but read positive reviews about it on Yelp." Instead of responding to my comment she just told me my total...and she didn't say thank you.



This place is small but cute. I did enjoy the aloe vera green tea. But both employees there seriously lacked customer service skills...geez, how hard is it to be warm and welcoming to customers? I noticed they were like that with all the customers. And because customer service sucks at Milk + Honey, I could care less if the place went out of business. There's no reason for me to go back.
