Do NOT Use this company- the worse ever



It has been over a year and they have not contacted me regarding window repair/ replacement. In fact it his company will block customers number when they call in for warranty repairs. They are. unprofessional and untrustworthy .They DO NOT standing behind the products after they install and has made their profit. The WORSE COMPANY!!

Please do NOT use this company. When it comes to finding new customers and making money, they are quick to respond, however, if you have problems with the installation or window warranty issues that occur, etc, you will get no answer to your many calls for assistance and when I say many calls, I mean plan for it, as they will NEVER call you back or answer the phone. And if by chance you're one of the lucky ones and you get an answer and hope is restored when they plan a resolution....do not be fooled, you will not hear from them again....it's as if they program your number in their caller ID and will not answer when they see your number pop up. The only way this company will learn is to hit them where it counts, in the pocket. I have a good friend who flips homes for a living and has worked with many contractors in the Costa Mesa area...they will ensure they never recommend them to anyone. IF you want to improve your business, take care of your past customers, so they in turn, will take care of you through positive reviews!!! It's time to contact the BBB....

Great windows. Great price. We were so happily surprised at the level of service. The installers were so professional and competent. The entire experience from estimate to installation was a pleasure.

Originally when we ordered our windows years ago ..they were fantastic. About 1 month and 1/2 ago had them come out and put in a bay window, and replace 11 other windows that had a production flaw in them. Within 3 weeks they had our new bay window in as well as 10 windows..YES 10 not 11. We made the mistake of paying them in full and taking there word that the extra window would be done within 2 weeks..ITS NOW OVER A MONTH..YES ONE MONTH FOR ONE WINDOW and still waiting. I have opened my house to those that they have been sent over to see there work they did, we were very proud to do now up to now. Until I get my window completed there wont be anyone coming into my house except to hear my displeasure. LESSON LEARNED DO NOT PAY ANYONE IN FULL UNTIL THE WORK IS TOTALLY COMPLETED. The bad thing about this experience is that I really liked this place. With the economy like it is, maybe they just have so much work where they don't need referrals any more!!!

Looked far and wide for a good (in the case of Motropolitan, excellent) deal and stock of this weber. Motropolitan had both and having found this garden centre, we will definitely return. There is nothing like a weber and, after a brief and unsatisfactory dalliance with a cheaper alternative, we are delighted to once again own one.

Fitters were pleasant, prompt and very knowledgeable. Vety pleased with the end result. So pleased, I recommended them to both my neighbours and family. So good, I have used them on more than one occassion. Give this company a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Metropolitan Home Improvement is the epitome of professional in the siding and window biz. They took our 30 year old rag tag fellowship hall at our church and made it look like a brand new building. guys took the time to explain everything to me prior to our hiring them.

They are great windows. No issues to date.Installer/Salesman came on time for all appointments. Provided everything per contract the first time and cleaned up all debris without needing to be asked. I would highly recommend them.

Just had 5 windows installed in my house today. I had three other quotes before deciding to go with Metropolitan and am happy I choose them. Will be doing the rest of my windows as soon as I get more money.

Metropolitan just installed 4 patio doors and 6 windows in my house in Corona. I got them through my neighboor who used them several years ago. The installers were great and everything went well.

I recently had my windows replaced in my house in Highland. I love them and love the fact that I dont have to run my air all the time now. Highly recommend these guys.

Metropolitan just installed 6 windows in my home in Highland. I was nervous at first, but my neighbor who had windows installed by Metropolitan a couple of year ago helped me through the decision making. I am very happy now that I have my new windows. I am looking foward to my electric bill going down.

We had windows installed by Metropolitan in January for our home in Banning and we are very pleased. We found Metropolitan from a friend in our community who used them 4 or 5 years ago and she is still really happy with her windows. The install crew from Metropolitan replaced 9 windows in our house in one day. They were friendly and even came back out two days later when I had a problem with one window and fixed it. Great company Highly recommend them.

Recently used Metropolitan for my house in Buena Park. Liked everyone I talked to, from the salesperson Gary to the office people and especially the crew guys, Perry and Frankie. Windows look great and I am telling all my neighboors about them. I am also thinking of using their kitchen people to redo my cabinets and granite.
