I am sure the watch repair folks are very nice and they seemed helpful from the Jewelry Repair counter, but I would strongly suggest to everyone that they stay away from the Jewelry Repair side of the store. My son just got engaged and his fiancé brought her engagement ring in to be sized and they not only lost one of the diamonds, but didn't size it properly after charging them $90!!! I went into the store to support the new couple and the lady (owner) was aggressive, accusatory, and blamed everything on us. The male jeweler (I assume another owner) came out and also accused us of requesting the wrong size and pointed the sizing tool at us! The lady told us "I never size anyone wrong" and pointed at us in an accusatory way as well.

I don't care how cheap they are (although $90 for a ring sizing is robbery) or how experienced they think they are (25 years at South Coast Plaza), THEY ARE RUDE! There are so many sweet jewelers nearby that deserve your business. Stay away from Jostmar Jewellers!!!
