Dr. Nguyen grew up in Vietnam with both parents working as medical doctors. She came to Southern California with no formal education when she was 19 years old. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at UC Irvine where she graduated Suma Cum Laude. She went to USC Keck School of Medicine, and returned to UC Irvine for a Family Medicine Residency. Since 2005, she worked for Kaiser Permanente and VNCOC, before joining Family Care Centers Urgent Care in 2015. In 2009, she joined Nhan Hoa Community Clinic in Garden Grove as a Women Health Director.
