AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THE SINGLE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND IT WILL BE YOURS AS WELL!

If there were a lower score, I would give it. Appliance Zone sent me the incorrect part for my order which was a whole oven door face. They mailed me a $20 grille. After I returned it, cancelled the order and requested a refund - they ignored the request for refund and proceeded to ship the correct part three weeks later when I no longer required it. I had since ordered the correct part from another more reputable merchant. Since then, there have been many emails back and forth (they don't publish their phone number) and despite many promises, they have not initiated a refund. Instead, they have been telling me the refund will be processed in 7-10 days since December. It is now March and no refund was initiated.

Finally my credit card company just gave me a refund, indicating the company was unresponsive to their requests. Despite that, the company says they are waiting for a chargeback to be resolved. That chargeback I initiated MONTHS after the initial complaint and request for a refund. They are playing games, knowing that they'll get their money from the CC companies and keep their products.

Would not recommend this company. Returned 4- items, and when I received them, they came in one box from one location, I was told when I requested the return authorization, I needed to send two items to different locations. I sent a E- Mail explaining that, I ordered from One Location, After a lot of Grief, they said to send the items back to the one location, of which I did. After that I was told it would take 15 working days to get a refund credited to my visa Debit, they said I would have to wait until they process the items back to the different locations. It is not my fault they got the items from different locations, I ordered from one Location. A lot of Run Around. Still waiting for my Refund. Do not do Business with this company, even the CEO would not Return My E- Mail, I just Got the same Run Around.

HORRIBLE, don't buy from here!!!! There are a lot of other places where you can buy appliance parts.



They charge an arm and a leg for shipping, yet they do not honor their shipping policy which states: "You should receive your products within 3 - 5 business days from the day you order them.". It's been more than a week and they were not shipped yet! I contacted customer service and they claim the items are back-ordered and would take another week to get them even shipped. Why wasn't I notified before I ordered the items that they were back-ordered? Their policy also states: "If your order is not in-stock and placed on BackOrder we will automatically notify you by email within 5 business days after the order was placed". Of course nobody bothered to notify me after 1 week, let alone 5 days. They just take your money and don't ship anything for weeks and weeks and let you wonder what's going on...



And this is my third order with them. First one was ok, shipped in time, second one took a week, I thought it was just a mistake, but now, on my third order, it happens again, just worse this time.



GO ELSEWHERE, they don't deserve your business!!!

This company also exists and functions as Thrifty Appliance Parts.

They will take your money, send you email confirming shipment, but you never receive anything. Then you try to get in touch with them & the only way to do that is through "live chat"....and all you get is more lies!!!!

Overall.. Disappointed

I placed an order on the 9th. After 4 days with no tracking number, it was explained that my part was back-ordered. Weird because it was in stock when i placed the order. On the 15th i contacted ApplianceZone again, and I told them i would like to cancel my order. After a few minutes of explaining why i don't have time to wait, I need a washing machine, they said it just arrived, and i was assured that my order would reach me quickly. Today is the 20th and i received an email from FEDEX that says my order has been removed from shipping, and is now being sent through USPS.. and i will not receive until at least the 23rd.. so 16 days? ohh if it doesn't arrive on the 23rd i wont get till the following week.. Why does an order take 3 weeks? i've ordered 3 different orders from CALI and they will all arrive tomorrow, also standard shipping, and that was placed saturday. IDK what standard shipping is.. from experience about 3-5 days..



If you need a part and do not want to wash your laundry by hand... don't order from them.



If this gets erased in 20 minutes fine.. ill post everywhere.. If i save one person from what i see ending up being a 3 week order, ill be satisfied.. its not worth saving 10 dollars.
