I brought a friend in that need a refrigerator. She asked me to assist as I worked for C&B Appliance in Springfield Oregon for 10 years as the repair tech. He not only gave my friends misinformation, when confronted with that he became belligerent and accused me of making a "dimple" in the door of the item for sale. He just walked away when confronted. Unbelievable ...what a jerk!This business is old school, likely protected by the old City council and is arrogant...rude! and needs competition!Wake up Corvallis!

Had a problem with a 6 year old LG washer we'd gotten from Stover Evey and Jackson. The part was going to take two weeks or more to arrive and I couldn't wait that long so I asked for the part number and finally found one online for about hte same price, but only a one week wait. But they were all gracious and helpful and even held the door for me. That is why I always get my appliances from them. Just plain excellent service.

I love to buy locally when possible and these guys make it possible! They have a good selection of products from freezers to washers. What excellent customer service! They are willing to do what it takes to bring you the best quality appliance they can.We will continue to work through them for our appliance needs.
