Escolar (white tuna) can cause gempylid fish poisioning. Toxic effects are diarrhea leading to dehydration leading to coma.
Sada`s restaurant in Corvallis and Newport keeps serving this poisonous fish knowing that it could cause serious problems. They have NO concern about public health. The only thing that matters is making that extra BUCK!!!
