Lived there for 2 years. Finally moved out and cleaned everything to perfection and the NEW management took away my whole 450 deposit plus they said I still owed them another 250 bucks! They said they had to clean and scrub the place for 18 hours! And that didn't include the free carpet washing they did for us. I had pictures and everything of what the place looked like, it was spotless under the fridge, inside, floors, floor boards, rooms and bathrooms. Ridiculous. This new management is horrible and takes away your hard earned money for their benefit. NEVER recommending them to anyone!

Lived here for over a year... The mangagement is not particulary friendly or helpful. The best thing they've ever had going for them is a hard-working maintenance guy..who you'll get to know well if you move here w/ all the appliances that will crap out on you. Went through 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers in the time I lived there each causing a slew of inconveniences. They're overpriced for what you get which is a tiny, crappy half-assed excuse for decent living. You'd be happier getting what you pay for at another apartment complex. I lived at Briar Ridge prior and have no compliants! It was very nice there! Also when you decide to get out of conifer good luck not getting charged an exaggerated and unfair amount. Expect no deposit back+ more to pay. We noticed right after move in that we had a silverfish infestation and were told it was our problem. The management is completely unprofessional and I should have noticed when our crackhead manager threw her head on the desk over lease signing because we reminded her of our move-in discount which we were promised! There is now "new" management but they are no better. They're crooks and refused to give us the number for the management company or owner....guess the BBB will have to do! DON"T MOVE HERE you won't be happy!
