Whoever says that they are not knowledgeable is clearly doing something wrong. Your pool will not be clear overnight. Try going to another pool place...they will just sell you anything to get your money. Burnett Pools takes the time to educate the customer, then they sell you the correct products. I had a green pool that wouldn't clear up...turns out it was an algae that stays green and must be filtered very specifically. Burnett Pools is great!!

The staff is not very knowledgeable.. I have been out there every other week trying to get my pool clear since I opened it in May. I have yet to use my pool because they kept selling me chemicals that didn't fix my algae problem. I went in a few weeks ago and asked to purchase phloc and the young lady told me that it wouldn't help my pool and not to waste my money.. Her suggestion was to just shock and sweep. We tried that and as of yesterday our pool is still green. We went in yesterday and they again sold us $100 worth of chemicals that have yet to do anything to our pool.. If I was you I would try another pool store because the workers here do not know what they are doing.
