We have used Bradley's 3 times over the years. First time, no issues. Second time they did not show on the day they told us to prepare for them. This includes removing all deck furniture to the yard so they can do their thing. They did not come, they did not call. After us calling them for about a week, they responded with reasons/excuses for not coming. About two weeks after the date they were supposed to be there, they showed up and did the service. This year we called again, giving them the benefit of the doubt for last time. Same thing, clear the deck and I, cleared my schedule to be there even though I had some issues at work to attend to (I own my own business). I called them twice in the morning and left messages for them to confirm service and if they could, let me know if it would be a.m. or p.m. that they were coming. I waited all day and true to form, they did not come, they did not call. We are DONE with Bradley's. We are willing to be flexible. We are willing to change schedules. We are not willing to work with a business that is unprofessional and cares so little for the customer's that pay them for their services. We aren't talking rocket science here. We will easily find another company to do the job without all the nonsense...and so should you. Do not support this company unless you love being ignored, snubbed, stood up, and having your time wasted.
