I was treated with the utmost respect by the staff. The woman who tested and fit me was so knowledgeable. She helped me choose what was right for me. She helped me through learning how to use them and getting use to them. She calls every couple months and checks on me. My hearing aids are so comfortable I forget they are in my ears. I go to my meetings and can now understand what is being said. I was hesitant at first, but now I am so glad that I made the purchase. It has changed my life. Thank you Ear Q
