I give House of Carpets my best recommendation. From the start, I was greeted with friendly customer service in helping me make decisions on the wide selection of inventory and pricing. After making my choice of carpet, and padding, their installation crew arrived and did an exceptional job. I will return to House of Carpets in the future, for all my flooring needs.

They have done both carpet and hardwood floors for me both in my personal house and rental. We have had nothing but great experience as well great customer service.

House of Carpet just finished another great job in my house. This is the fourth time in the last 10 years they have completed a project for me. Their prices has always been great and the installers have always been nice and done a great job for me. Thank you Scott, Mary and all your crews over the years.

Debbie is not being accurate in her experience review of 1-8-13. She came to House of Carpets in August of 2012 and requested a quote for commercial carpet that she wanted to have glued-down. When the House of Carpets' installers got to her house, they discovered that Debbie's concrete subfloor was in such terrible shape that the carpet could not be glued-down. House of Carpets then provided a 3/8" 8# rebond pad for under the carpet and tackstrip (which would have cost over $100.00 more than her original $500.00 estimate). Scott Pierce, the owner of House of Carpets tried to be fair and only charged Debbie an additional $34.17 over her original estimate of $500.00 (and it was even noted on this estimate that this was APPROXIMATE). House of Carpets wrote off over $65.83 in additional costs to make this fair to Debbie, yet she complained that House of Carpets was not being fair and has poor business practices. It took Debbie over 4 months to pay this $34.17 balance despite the fact that House of Carpets was only asking for her to pay for the discounted pad and tackstrip that we provided AT COST!



It should be further noted that House of Carpets has been voted the Cortez Journal's Reader's Choice Award as the #1 Flooring Store for 3 years in a row. There is a reason for this vote of confidence and most of House of Carpet's customers would not agree with Debbie Casias.

My experience ended up unfavorably. I was quoted a price which I paid upon completion but then received a bill for an additional amount not discussed previously.

Poor business practice and when contacted to discuss the owner's verbal quote vs. billing he was not willing to withdraw the surprise additional. No more business with this establishment. Very disappointed in the character flaw here,
