Your firm, CARE, recently was employed to take care of the water damage from a broken, frozen, water pipe in our guesthouse. All of the crew did a fabulous job and I was impressed with the knowledge and skill and efficiency of all the technicians involved. We had eight inches of water in the downstairs and that also led to mold problems which your people also handled in a very professional manner. Chris Alvarez, your Project Manager, was always immediately responsive to any questions or issues I had, and I could not have asked for better help. He did a great job of keeping everything under control and providing me with updates on all aspects of the project.Obviously, I do now want to go thru this again but if you need any positive comments for referral to your company. I will be happy to help.

The work was quality and their response time prompt. The Welcome Center was restored to a better condition without any delays. The crew had a great team effort and were very nice and respectful to us and our needs.
