We have been a long time customer of Bob's Place. After getting a washer form them, the motor fried within 6 months. Within 3 days, he replaced the motor and did not charge us for the motor or labor. These folks know what customer service means and they practice it. I highly recommend this business if you don't want to pay the outrageous prices for new appliances.
