Peter, our waiter , just shoves plates of food on table quite rudely

Haven't seen lime green pants in a while. Well wait no longer. This restaurant hasn't changed in decades and it doesn't ever need to. After you arrive and give your name to the surly hostess (they don't take reservations), nine times out of ten you will have to wait in the piano bar for a table. The lava rock walled lounge takes one back in time. With your drink, you can nibble on Ritz style crackers and the old fashioned port-cheese spread. When you get a table, be sure to order a ceasar salad. They are made fresh to order including the dressing. Raw egg and all. Get anything on the menu and you won't be disappointed. Their menu has been refined over the decades. My favorite is the veal parmesan. Can't help it. Also order the special spinach as a side. Be prepared to take food home too.
