First of all, the name of this business has changed to Rocky Mountain Home Solutions. I hired Daniel to re-stucco my house. He agreed to complete the work in 2 weeks, it took over 3 months. To be fair, the weather did not cooperate. That being said, when the weather was cooperating, his “crew” consisted, on average, of 2 people. And none of the workers lasted the whole job. During the 3 months, I had 4 of his workers knock on my door telling me he was not paying them. Daniel had an excuse for everything, and it was always someone else's fault. There were numerous good weather days when the workers could not work because they did not have any materials. The contract stated that they would plastic and tape off all areas needing protection. This did not happen consistently, my back patio and landscaping is covered in stucco residue which Daniel was unable to remove. Bottom line, I would not recommend this contractor to my worst enemy.
