Lived here over 3 years nice and pleasant great staff clean great place to live and friendly neighbors

i live here and it sucks they go into your apt for no resson when you are not there and have no notice to do so also have about 20 buldings and like 4 dumpster and theres trash every were i pay 900$ for this crap its not worth it also they find any little excusse to put fees on you i had a candy wraper in front of my door and wanted to charge me or evicit me if i didnt clean it it wasent even mine it was from trash outside that they donot pick up also someone broke into my car and stole stuff wouldnt recommend it here terribble place they send out flyers complaining everyday about ppl being late on rent and they want to evict ppl for throwing trash outside the dumpsters weree are we suposed to put it ????????? if its full and there only 4

Wouldn't even give it a star but I had to rate it before posting. ...I'm moving out tomorrow in the morning....Management makes stuff up & sits on their butts all day and do nothing but gossip.... Also maintenance doesn't do anything for this place, lights are out like crazy around here... These managers have there family and friends living for free here & have evicted so many family's behind lies things they just make up....Lame place to live ...can't even believe I chose this place from all....

COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO NEW MANAGER TOOK OVER AND SINCE THEN THEY HAVE BEEN KICKED OUT 30-40 FAMILIES...THEY MAKE UP REASON TO KICK PEOPLE OUT AND COME INTO APARTMENTS UNAUTHORIZED WHILE TENANTS ARE AT WORK SO THEY CAN LOOK AROUND THEY EVEN HAVE THERE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE DOING THIS. I HAVE HEARD MANY STORIES IN THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS AND ITS ONLY GETTING WORSE. THEY TELLING TENANTS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE PREMISES AFTER 11PM. THEY DO NO FOLLOW TEXAS LAWS WHAT SO EVERY. WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET THEM REPORTED. STAY TUNED.

I agree!!! Este complejo de apartamentos "Wooldridge" son sucios, la basura esta por todas partes y la administración NO hace nada por ello. A la hora de dar una queja por algo dañado en tu apartamento, ellos se tardan una semana en ir a arreglar lo que sea. Los vecinos no son agradables, pues aqui a nadie le importa nada ("tus derechos terminan, donden comienza el del otro") Cortan la grama, creo, que una vez al mes y cuidado... Los apartamentos son tan pequeños que no valen los $950 al mes de renta, para mi valen como $600 o menos. Cuando yo me mudé y vi por primera vez el apartamento, este, este estaba suicio, con escremento en el inodoro, nevera sucia, cocina, baños, en fin... el triturador de basura en el fregadero no serivía, ni el lava-platos. Sólo estaba pintado y las alfombras limpias, porque todo lo demás era una asquerosidad y si decidí quedarme es porque necesitaba un lugar donde vivir lo más pronto posible y no encontré nada más!!! THIS IS SO GHETTO, THAT NOT EVEN THE GHETTO PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO LIVE HERE!!!!
