I'm Locked in a 60 month contract that doesn't even have MY signature on it.

may 2013 is when services began with Vivint. My partner was bullied into the contract by the sales pro. The sales pro ran my partners info and was declined for service. The pro then asked about me and my info. I work oilfield and am always out. I was not able to sign or authorize the charges. Texas is not an equal state, therefore, your tech should not have pressured the information out of my partner. Since then the system has failed multiple times. The motion sensors have cost me 75 dollars in fees for false alarms. The door locks have been replaced four different times. The last time they came to replace it. The tech was only told to replace one lock. The reason vivint didn't know I had two door locks on my system. The two locks they re-installed many times. The rep on the phone was combative. Telling me I only had the one lock! I responded with, " how well are you monitoring my home if you dont even know what my system options are?" So, They are currently working and two completely different colors. Vivint has put up a passive aggressive fight to not change the color of the lock. Their technician has also let me know that the lock failing to work is a common occurrence, and to just call in when it breaks so they can replace them. So far that is a monthly event. I have had to take off over a weeks worth of work to be able to deal with this situation. The company tried to appease me by giving me two months worth of credit, which is nice. I have called to cancel services and they are saying that it will cost over 3000 dollars to cancel. That is ridiculous! My house can not be properly secured with their faulty equipment. I Have been on hold with customer service for over 24 hours trying to resolve this problem. I am tired of dealing with Vivint and their lack of customer appreciation. I have voiced my unhappiness on their facebook page. Instead of reaching out to help. They have blocked me and I can not post about my experiences with Vivint.
