I've been taking my dog to Tidy Paws for almost a year now and we love it. He comes home smelling so good after his bath and they do a great job cutting his nails. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Way to go Tidy Paws!!

On Saturday May 18, 2013 I took my dog to Tidy Paws for grooming. When I went to pick him up a groomer, I'm assuming, in her 70's or so, was at a small table on the left hand side with what appeared to be a Shih Tzu. She did not hear me walk in. She was yelling at the dog and squeezing its head saying "you're not listening!", " I've told you 4 times to sit down!". She was literally yanking it by its neck with the leash looking thing that holds them to the table like a rag doll!!! She just kept yelling at the poor thing and yanking it back and forth at its neck. Standing there in disgust she still hadn't seen me. I heard somebody in the back yell " mother,"...a couple of seconds late a woman with an accent walks to the register and says " oh are you here to pick up your pet?"... I proceeded to ask her of this is the way they treat all of their customers dogs and her answer to me was " I was in the back, I didn't see anything". I immediately told her to get my dog now and stated that they should not be in business if this is the treatment they impose on helpless animals!!! We put our trust in groomers to care for our pets not abuse them! If your dog was there on 5/18/13 at around 6 pm and is gray colored Shih Tzu then this was your dog who was being mis treated! My heart goes out to any other pets that have suffered under their care. This was my first and last experience there!

They do great work on both dogs and cats.
