This place is horrible. Went in asking for a dryer timer. The woman behind the counter told me I did not need that part because they USUALLY don't go bad. I told her the repair shop next door told me to start with the timer after discussing the problem. After telling me I had misread the model number because she could not find it in the computer, she took her "best guess" at the number, and sold me a belt because the belt breaking is a more common problem. As I had not checked the belt yet, I bought it and left. Went home and checked the belt; NOT BROKEN. I went back, talked to the same woman, and returned the belt. She asked if I had priced a timer and I told her no. She returned the money for the belt, then proceeded to tell me a timer was expensive, good luck with the machine, and left the counter. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not return to this place of business. If there was a lower star option, I would use it.

This business is TERRIBLE. Too bad there is not a zero star option. I ordered a part, they took my money and said they'd call when it came in (2-3 days or so). Four days later, no call. I call the number they have listed and get a Houston call center! They don't have a clue what I am talking about. I look for another number and can only find the one 853 prefix. Call it again and get Houston again. Apparently their phone rolls over to a call center in Houston...they finally patch me through to the store in Corpus and it is obvious that they are running a slip-shod shop. Very unprofessional. If you do get through to someone local be prepared to hold forever!! Then they say they "think" the part is in! I will NEVER do business with this outfit again.

why don't you post your hours of operation? Its so easy to do with the "improve this site" link i cant for the life of me understand why you dont take the time to do it.

If our going to call this place for help witha part over the phone .....this business has A HORRIBLE secretary that is rude and of no help. They will put you on hold and never come back. I had to call 3 timesand still did not get help from this business......they need to take a course in public relations so they can learn to deal with people.
