He handle my child modification case. My children's father and his new girlfriend are always drinking and smoking marijuana around my kids and one of my son's has asthma. The last thing I wanted to do was take my kids away from their dad but at the same time the things he was doing in front of our children were not okay. I hired Mr. Spivey and he was able get supervised visits between my children and their dad until he is in a better position. Mr. Spivey did a great job representing me in this case and looking out for my children's best interest as well. Hopefully I won't have to be involved in another case but if I ever am, he is the attorney I will go to.
