Provided by YP.comThese guys really came through for me in a pinch: I bought a new house and discovered problems with stains/pet odors a couple of days before closing. I called and explained the situation, and they sent two guys out the same day. By that evening, I not only had my carpets cleaned, but had them steam clean my tile and grout in the bathrooms and vacuum out my dryer vents. The guys were very professional. They arrived in uniform, did a walk through and gave me a price quote, and went to work. They were very conscientious and performed everything as agreed upon. We had a final walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the job with the job which i was way to go Quality!

Our neighbor told us about Quality Carpet Care after a national chain carpet cleaner left us a really big mess. He had used them for decades. We are somewhat new to CC. They were on time, very detail oriented and professioonal. It's been a while since any business has surprised me in a good positive way. We are recommending Quality Carpet Care to everyone!!!!!

Provided by YP.comThey came to re-clean a spot for free they we didn't even have them clean. It was the tenant before us 2 weeks earlier. They didn't get the pet treatment and it was smelly. We were going to pay but Quality did it for free. Then they checked the pad and it was not cleanable so they replaced it and put the carpet back for 45.00, very cheap. They were on time, neat and professional. Great service is hard to find these days, but Teri and Mike were just wonderful. Thanks!
