This has been the fifth bad experience, either deliver a damaged product, or 2 to 3 hours late. Call and complained but I guess ignorance is bliss. Will never call back!!! Pizza hut sux!!!

After receiving the wrong pizza hours late...called five times to get corrected manager lied to me that they'd deliver the correct pizza in an he.! NEVER CAME...took a week to receive comp. pizza was cold and my family will NEVER Order Pizza Hut Pizza again! -

On time, Hot, Fresh, well made, WRONG PIZZA!

Not that that in and of itself is a bad thing, but Pizza Hut, as a policy, doesn't let you talk to your local store directly to fix a simple problem. After an hour on the phone with some call center, still no resolution to the pepperoni vs. supreme issue. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again. :-( decent pizza, crappy impersonal policy.

nice little saturday kid playing in yard while i do laundry. thought it be nice to order some pizza while everything was great and what i mean by great is ontime and hot...i found a hair in my pizza usually i dont say anything but because of a previous incident (with another rest.) i decided to mention it and when i did the manager asked if it was a light hair or dark i replied with "light" the manager then said well i dont have any light headed people working here...like i would take time out of my day to make a complaint for no reason...i then got mad and said to keep the free pizza he had offered and thanks for making me out to be a liar. The hair was not mine it was in between the layers of the cheese and bread i had a hard time pulling it out. SO thanks pizzA hut! YOUR STAFF SUX!.....will now go with Papa johns and/or Dominos
