Unfortunately, I called Overhead Door Coastal Plains to replace my broken torsion spring instead of the company who used to be Overhead Door. Granted, their response was quick but it took a downward turn when the tech installed the wrong gauge spring. After two hours, it was finally completed and the tech left. When I went into the garage a little later, I noticed an abnormal amount of light coming in through one side of the door. I walked around to look at the other side and immediately saw that it was uneven quite a bit. I called the tech who finally came back about five hours later to level out the door.
If I had known that this company merely bought the Overhead brand name, I would have called the shop who used to be Overhead Door. I never had a problem with them and their customer service was far superior to the current brand holders.

Do not "Rely on the Red Ribbon". These people do not keep appointments or they arrive hours late. They lubricate the door tracks, which is a no-no, and seem to want to just do the minimum and head to their next appointment. Even trying to make an appointment is a hassle -- you call to talk to someone in Corpus Christi and get someone in College Station. I would advise sticking with a truly local company.
