Beautiful place. Small feel and big apartments. I assume one of the writers is another community or one of the worthless people that like to cause issues.

Pictures are deceiving to the MAX. They lie till no end. Management is constantly changing and they dont hire decent human beings. One employee tried to steal our money order. Drug dealers lurking swat and police are called daily. Cars constantly get broken into and vandalized. Graffiti all over walls and dumpsters. Middle section of apartments is the worst dog crap everywhere, is never picked up massive amount of roaches and flies they will make thier way into your apartment. Clothes get stolen or put into trash for no reason. Washers and dryers are broken from ppl stealing change. Trash comes every 2 weeks so expect to see piles of trash by dumpster. Fitness facilities are always locked and never clean. When it rains water comes t hrought the front door be cuz there aren't any door sweeps.will keep your deposit no matter what.

Ocean Drive Estates is a Great community to live in. It has new ownership as of May 2012. It is professionally managed by United Apartment Group (AKA UAG); San Antonio's leading management company of 2012. There has been over a 2 million dollar renovation to this community. The landscaping has all been replenished. There is a beautiful Court Yard located right behind the office. The Fitness Center has been fully remodeled with all new machines, cabled television, and wifi access. The Pool Area has been remodeled with brand new cushioned pool furniture. All of the apartment homes have been fully remodeled with new modern carpet, new flooring, new fixtures, the works. Ocean Drive Estates has made drastic improvements in the overall living experience.
