I will never go to this place again. I took my cat here and told them not to do anything with my cat ontil they call me to consult with me on what there going to do with him, well they did not and decided to do everything with him and give him shots and antibiotics and who knows what and they charge me up with a big bill. I got very upselt and told them that wasnt the plan and all they can tell me is well you csnt take your cat till you pay so i have no choice but to pay but will never go here again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I took my 2 young male cats to be neutered here and when making the appointment I specifically told the lady at the counter that I only wanted the neutering done and the rabies vaccine. She told me it would be approximately $45 per cat for those services to be done. Well when I went to pick up my cats the lady at the counter (same one as before) told me my total would be $159. When I asked why it was so high she informed me that they gave my cats all of the vaccinations they had to offer. I told her that I only asked for the neuter and rabies when I set the appointment. She did not offer to come up with some type of solution to the issue whatsoever. The only thing she could say was "well it looks like someone modified the account".
I will never visit this institution ever again and I hope other people don't take their animals here to get ripped off as well. All they want is your money.

Excellent Staff! Veterinarian is here 6 days a week! They have full ER capabilities, and the prices are great!

Don't take your pets here, I REPEAT DONT! If I could no star them I would! My cousin took her beautiful blue heeler here, causing her to her death! I recently took my dog here, and he ended up with a horrible, and serious wound! Took him to another vet where they are treating him, and he is healing. If you love your pet, don't go here. Many cases similar to me and my cousins. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Good place to get your animals spayed or neutered! Reasonable prices too.

They are only open on weekends to sell you stuff . There is no vet. This is not an emergency hospital unless it's normal Monday - Friday business hours.
