I was very disappointed this afternoon. I walked in to get a hot & ready about 12:30 pm. Another patron also entered as I did and an elder man was already waiting. Not one worker acknowledged our presence. The worker at the preparation table just glanced at us and the worker at the over did the same. I asked if the other had ordered and they were waiting for theirs to come out. 15 minutes went by and I still had yet to be helped or acknowledged. I frustratingly asked, "Can I order?". A young man walked in, the worker at the oven quickly asked, "what do you need?" Obviously knowing him he opened the door to work area. I again asked, can I order. She quickley said, "yeah, hold on" and proceeded to speak to the young man. She finally said, "what do you want?", I said 1 hot & ready. "well you will have to wait 8 minutes. drive thru comes first." That was the 1st and last time I ever go there. I understand there are other's but none as rude as the employees there @ the Baldwin location.
