Leal Roofing will say all the right things. They wrote up a professional contract which detailed the scope and particulars of the job. It took almost two weeks to put the roof on during which time the roof sheathing was left exposed during a rain event which allowed water to damage my ceilings. The company completed the job but a few months later a heavy rain storm caused more leakage. after a number of unanswered phone calls over a time frame of three weeks they finally came to inspect the damage caused by the leakage. I was told they would be back to fix it and have not heard from them in two months after numerous calls. I was compelled to write a certified letter indicating my intent to seek legal remedy. I have received no response. His warranty is apparently useless since he does not honor it. I had to get another roofer to repair the leak at my own expense.
