Do not call these people. Explained the importance of being out of my house by noon. Called day of move and said they couldn't make it until after 1. Owner won't even return calls or text. Gave one star bc 0 wasn't available! Call professionals !

Terrible experience, my furniture was damaged by movers and some of my stuff was lost. Stay away!!!

Completely unprofessional. I have no idea how they move because they never showed up. They just kept saying they're on their way. Then gave my number to a guy who wanted to move my entire house in a pickup truck. Horrible experience. Don't use this company.

Awful.

They said they could show up on Friday, pack it all, then have it moved from Texas to Kansas by Sunday. They were 4 hours late on Saturday to finish, even after being told they needed a bigger truck, they showed up with one truck..packed it, then had to move it to a bigger truck. They asked us to rent a trailer to pull behind their truck as well. Even after being told how much stuff was there, they still didn't get all of it, packed a truck full even after numerous delays. They didn't pull out of Texas until Wednesday morning at 9ish, saying they would be in Wichita, KS at 1:30 a.m. At 1:30, they texted saying they were staying the night in Oklahoma City and would be on the road at 6 a.m. At 6 a.m. on Thursday morning, they asked if we could wire them money as they only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas. Then they said they would be in Wichita at 11 a.m. At 1:30 p.m they finally showed up. Before the truck was even unloaded, they demanded the third installment of the payment plan. When confronted with all of the delays, the "owner" made weak excuses, then tried to leave when we wouldn't pay the full amount after confronting him with over 4 actual days of delays, with stuff still in the truck. Legal action was threatened and finally, they knocked off $300 from the final cost. He was a hardworker when it came to the unloading but his help, jumped into the cab of the Budget Rental truck and never got out after the confrontation about the cost. Stay away.

I must say they are speedy movers, but all my furniture is completely scratched. Not just a small chip, but deep long scratches on my wooden furniture that is now ruined. My dining room tables leg was snapped in half and my sons Tv had a huge scratch across the right side. Not to mention all small things that were packed in its own box, like a office fan, never showed back up. When we contacted In a flash, they seemed to never answer or return a cll, but when we tried off a different phone number they would answer. When got a hold of them, they never apologized and just asked to send photos of the damage to their cell phone. I still to this day 3 months later never got a response from them. Its not worth getting authorities involved because we moved to the opposite coast, but this business is very sketchy. ITs like they knew what they did was wrong and purposely ignored our call, texts and emails. Every week i come up with something i realize is missing from our move and so far, its been our toaster, office fans, and DVDs. I think their name should be changed to "In a Flash We'll Ruin your Stuff"

Efficient, caring, trustworthy. They really made an effort not to scratch my things, and were also fast at the same time. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
