Provided by YP.comI called direct instead of booking on line to secure a rate. I was quoted a price; upon check out they did not honor the rate so I ended up paying and extra 30 bucks. I called direct to help both myself and the business not have to pay commission rates. The owner was rude and didn’t not make adjustments; instead he was insulting and dishonest. Next time we will stay at the Holiday Inn.
