Do not rent from here or you will regret it! The place looks nicer at first inspection than it really is, including the pool. Same goes for the treatment you will receive from the office staff! They act like you are inconveniencing them when you have a question or problem and do not want to help you. They are just plain rude and will lie to you (I'm experiencing that right now). At least the maintenance guys are nice and pretty quick. I just can't wait to get out of here (they require 60 days notice so beware). You pay a high price here to get very little. There are much better places to live!

As for my apartment, it always has something broken. I have to use a crowbar to switch from taking a bath to shower, my fridge and pipes under the kitchen and bathroom sink all leak. My bathroom sink has a huge hole from where a chunk of it fell out due to rust. The garbage disposal needs constant repairs because it stops working all the time. The pool is closed for maintenance every other week in the summer. I've seen it change colors many times already. There just isn't proper management and maintenance here. Painting over problems does not fix them. They need a serious update here because everything is old and falling apart.
