changed carpet, but broke five tiles. didn't have the courtesy to tell. I found out after they left. they don't answer my phone calls. they didn't use power stretcher in a big room. I am sure I will have wrinkles on my carpet pretty soon. I would give them five negative if I could.

I would recommend Guarantee Carpet to anyone. I was in a time crunch to have my back patio retiled in time for my daughters baptism. I called Guarantee Carpet on a Wednesday and that same day I had a sales person at my house to give me an estimate. They were able to fit me in their scheldule and by Friday afternoon, my patio was retiled. I would recommend them to anyone. They have very curtious and polite installers, and they were willing to help me move my furniture back in without an extra charge. I love shopping local and I will never use a big box store again for my flooring needs.

Guarantee Carpet completely redid my entire house with carpet, cermanic tile, and added a back splash to my kitchen. I absolutely love what they did with my shower and show it off every chance I get. They were very professional in their work and took pride in their work. They were very trusting and I had confidence that they would do a great job! I have no complaints as far as their work or their price. The tile I picked out for my bathroom would of costed me an arm and a leg if I was to buy it anywhere else, but Guarantee Carpet was very reasonable on their pricing. The salesman worked with me on selections and kept me updated on my order. I recommend them to everyone I know and can't wait until my baby room is painted so they can install carpet! Best place in town and the best part about the business is it is family owned and operated so they stand 100% behind their name and strive to do an excellent job (unlike these box stores like Home Depot who doesn't care whether you buy from them or not) from the time you walk into their showroom to the time the job is finished! You will love them, so USE THEM!
