Good products but terrible customer service. We tried to order a closet door twice, and they still never placed the order. The first time, we talked to the man, and he said he would order what we needed. Two months later, no order had been placed. The owner's wife promised to order it. The second time, we called to check on it, and the owner said it was in. But when we went to pick it up, they knew nothing of the order. We will take our business elsewhere.

Went into their showroom and the owner and his wife seemed very helpful at first. Said he could get us anything and everything we wanted. But we couldn't really get a word in edgewise as to exactly what we were looking for over the man's obvious and excessive BS'ing. He just wanted us to buy something....and to buy it now. Rather pushy and obnoxious. Came back later in the afternoon to ask a few more questions without my husband and the guy got extremely defensive as to why I was asking questions about how glass would be changed out, as if I was personally questioning him. He went on and on in his own defense for no reason to the point where I was slowly backing away from him and towards the door because this guy seemed like a complete psycho. Will never go in there again.

Called on the phone because it was advertised 24 hour turn around time, but the guy answering the phone said that he didn't know how long installation would be for new doors. I drove the their office on Agnes, after he tells me how he can make any door and they do it all, he asks for measurements, before I even give him the information he tells me that they are going to be doing inventory and would be closing for a week. He could have told me that on the phone, or even when I first walked in to their office. He tells me to go to another place down the street. Anyways so much for trying to give my business to local stores. Lowes got a pretty good purchase from me. No parking either.
