SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE!!!

This "business" (and I use the term lightly) is all about taking your money upfront, promising you everything you want to hear, then failing to perform to a level that does not even rate 1 star (I could not give them negative stars).

They will use every tactic in the book - blame weather, other projects, excuse after excuse - anything to placate you while you wait tirelessly for any work to be completed.

If you decide to gamble with Gary's pool - YOU WILL LOSE!

I have spoken with several customers who all have had similar nightmare experiences waiting for anyone in the company to do what they promised (all lies) while their yards are tore up and pools sit unfinished and unusable for months and months and months.

Please take your business elsewhere!

Ditto on the other two reviews...Amazingly bad service. We paid over $20,000 for an inground spa and waited a year for them to finish installing it + another 6 months SO FAR for it to be repaired. Has NEVER even gotten hot! So much for all those hot tub parties we dreamed of.
It took so long for them to finish putting it in the ground that we had to spend $1000 to buy new grass for the yard around the pool...it all died from huge piles of dirt left on top of it for so long!
It is pretty tho...except the limestone border looks like it was done by a child.
Very disappointed. And Gary himself sold this spa to us! He even talked us out of the hard spa cover that was supposed to come with it and gave us a soft one to put on top...which turns out to be the equivalent of a large sheet of bubble wrap which we were supposed to cut to fit...Totally useless in keeping the dirt out, but appears to be a good thing for a small child or our dog to fall into and drown in. I threw it away.

Worst place that I've ever done business with in my life. Pool build was a nightmare. Buyer beware! Check their complaints on BBB, they are truly unbelievable but 100% true
