Ruined garments and refused to discuss it with bbb. Strange approach to customer service

I will never go back to this dry cleaners. I took three items to get altered there. The first item turned out to look like a beginner used it to learn on, the second item a button was sewn on completely crooked and the third item they tore in the process and when they fixed it they never called me to let me know it was ready. They just never returned my call. Do not use these folks.
