My wife took my tax return to them and they screwed up. Then when my wife went back and find out if they can correct it and they were rude and unprofessional blaming my wife. My wife clearly stated she didn't know how to do this and didn't know about dependants. And they just blew her off and ran her through. It was short form and married with 2 kids. Easy right. Apparently they couldn't figure that out and or didn't take the time to ask. Just said married and that's it. They didn't factor in my 2 kids. What exactly did I pay $100 for. Hell I could do better myself and I'm not a cpa. Horrible service and treatment afterwards.
