although friendly they need to train their some of their employees to be more helpful to the customers we traded in our phones and the girl put my contacts on my husbands phone and vice versa it was a mess to try and find all of the contacts that he had on his phone although i had gmail on my phone his phone was a pos and did not well needless to say all of my pics are on his phone now and my sd card became corrupted when she put it in so boo im very sad now i have no pics and music but hopefully i can get them back.
